I want to book/talk, how long will it take you to get back with me?

Our goal is to respond within 24 hours (unless we’re at a wedding or out doing something fun). Please check your junk (sometimes our emails go there).

How far in advance should I book?

We generally book 6-9 months in advance for popular months (April-June & October-November). Sooooo if your date land within that time, you best be ready to book ASAP because dates (especially Saturdays) go very quickly.

How do you deliver our film and photos?

You’ll get your photos via an online gallery. There, you will be able to see and download all of your images!

You’ll also get your video delivered online via Vimeo, so you can simply download it and keep it forever.

* Side note: We try to keep backups of every wedding we shoot, so you can rest assured we’ll have your wedding in our records in case anything happens.

When will we get out photos?

We deliver your photos 8 weeks after your wedding. However, we do send you sneak peaks within a week of your wedding so you can share them on IG!

Do we get all of our photos?

Yes, of course! The only exceptions are those where your eyes are closed, the photo is blurry or photos that are just bad that we know you don’t want anyway. Our delivery is typically 400-800 photos for the day. It depends on how long we’re at your wedding and how many fun poses you can hit on the dance floor!

Can we get a longer video?

Nope. Sorry! but that’s just not our style! We shoot your wedding day for the highlights - those special moments that you want to remember. We hope you trust our vision to capture what’s most important. But we can give you a full length video of the ceremony and the toasts in their entirety! (We can talk more about this).

Who chooses the music for our film?

We do! The music is one of the most important parts of our films, it’s what sets the mood and drives the entire film. We also have to license the songs and whatnot. But we promise to our best to choose music that matches your style.

Can we get printed photos?

Yes, we’re so excited to finally offer prints through the online gallery you will be receiving! You can select what image you’d like printed, the size, frame, paper and finish. It’s super easy!

Do you offer any discounts?

We know setting your budget is a very difficult decision, so we try to be as open and up-front as we can.

We try to accommodate to different budgets, but simply can’t do it every time. We want to work with you, so lets talk about ways we can do that. Here are some suggestions that make it easier to work within your budget:

• Get married on a day other than the weekend

• Have your wedding any time other than “wedding season” April-June & October-November

• Your wedding is coming up quick (like within the next 3 months).
